Sitebeam is being taken offline on 30th September 2019. By then you must move your account over to Silktide, and export any data you wish to keep, or it will be deleted.

Why is this happening?

We launched Silktide in 2015 to replace Sitebeam. Over 95% of our Sitebeam customers have now moved over to Silktide, and it simply isn’t cost effective to maintain the older system anymore.

What has changed?

Silktide is a massive upgrade from Sitebeam, with hundreds of improvements. Learn about what has changed.

What happens to my Sitebeam data?

From 30th September 2019, Sitebeam will be taken offline. This means you will not be able to login to Sitebeam, or run reports, or view old reports.

Shortly after Sitebeam is taken offline all of your reports, dashboards, and other Sitebeam data will be deleted from our systems.

Can I export my data?

You can currently export your reports as PDF documents, and your dashboards as PDFs or Excel or CSV files. You will not be able to export your data after 30th September 2019.

How do I move?

All Sitebeam customers have been contacted during the past year (since July 2018) about this change and guided through how to move.

For e-commerce customers, you will be prompted to migrate yourself inside Sitebeam. For customers on custom packages, or contracts, you will need to talk to us. Please click the Chat with us button and let us know.

What if I do nothing?

If you have paid for Sitebeam but not contacted us about moving to Silktide, we will automatically create a Silktide account for you and email you access details to the primary address for your Sitebeam account.

The Silktide account will have equivalent or better entitlements to your Sitebeam account.

Your Sitebeam data will still be deleted as described above.
